Our standard terms for payment, shipping and returns are available on the eBay links provided.

We define the following condition terms when listing items:

- New : items in original packaging, unopened, we will note if there are any cosmetic handling markings to packaging.

- New-Opened : items in original packaging, opened only for the purpose of checking and/or photography only.  The item may have superficial signs of handling but no marks or damage.  The packaging may have damage due to the nature of its opening, but we will provide photographs to make clear. 

- New-Old Stock : items that have been handled in another companies stockholding before reaching us either via simple resale, liquidation or stock clearance.  Items will be as-new and unused but the packaging may have signs of opening and handling, typically for stock checking, re-bundling or partial use of quantity products.  Where we sell a quantity of a single product, including electronic components, consumables, small items or equipment and similar other items, we will indicate the quantity remaining if different from the original packed quantity.

- Used : items that have been used will be described according to their condition as: 

Quantity Packaging : where we have multiple items in higher quantity packaging we aim to be accurate in item counts.  We will err on the side of caution and adjust unit pricing to account for any risk of small percentage errors.
