In the event that the item(s) don’t match the description or its faulty Motex Spares must be notified as soon as possible, If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered. Then simply return the item(s) in its original condition.

All parts are marked with stamps, removal of the marks will invalidate your chance of return.

Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign.

If the item(s) supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, Motex Spares must be contacted immediately and then the item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition within 30 days at the cost of the customer.

Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.

Shipping

• Most items are shipped via Parcel Force Tracked EXPRESS DELIVERY 24/48HR Service.

• Small items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class.

• Large and heavy items are shipped via pallet service or private courier.

• Postage charges are only for UK mainland.

• Collections are welcome.

• For Scottish Highlands, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Ireland, IOM and overseas please contact us for a quote.

• Please provide a valid contact telephone number for delivery purpose.
