returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment
notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment
Notification. (Where the buyer has requested an alternative postal arrangement,
i.e., surface mail outside of the UK, please note that some deliveries can take
up to 56 days and are not tracked!) Undeliverable, unclaimed,
refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus
the cost of shipping.
