Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will pay for the return by way of a pre-paid shipping label.
NOTE: Products listed in the parts/not working category consist of devices which are untested, have been identified as faulty or may have defects. You may use these as donor units or even attempt a repair. Due to the sheer volume of stock, some items may be left untested. The description will usually state whether the item is simply untested or if it is faulty.
All products sold under clearance (this includes PARTS/REPAIRS/NOT WORKING/UNTESTED) are strictly sold as seen, returns are not accepted on such items for ANY reason.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept orders at our discretion, even after sending an order confirmation.
Once accepted, an order is considered binding and will be fulfilled according to the specifications provided by the customer.
All orders are checked pre-dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel an order in case of any unexpected issues during this process.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice.
Payment for all Products must be received by us prior to shipping. We accept payment via all the usual methods including debit card, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.
All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs, which will be charged as applicable and detailed at the time of checkout.
Delivery
Delivery times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, and other factors.
We are not liable for any delays in delivery once the Products have been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure you clear customs and pay any taxes on time to ensure delivery, you will be liable for any additional charges applied by the courier in case of non-adherence to clearance timescales, any penalties or return charges will also be borne by you. Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the Products are in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and components.
You will be liable for all return charges as well as a re-stock fee of up to 20% should the return be for any reason other than an order not being as described in the listing. Please refer to the shipping and returns policy for detailed information.
Returns must be pre-approved by us with a valid Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after the returned Products are received and inspected, this is usually done within 1-2 business days and is subject to the return being received exactly as it was sent out to you.
Warranty
We do not offer warranties however all purchases are covered by a 14 day right of return (from delivery) should any order be ?not as described?.
This warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Any defective Products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to check and test the device upon receipt to ensure it is received as described in the listing, this must be done within 14 days and issues must be reported in writing.
