If an error has been made on our part - replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong part is received from the customer. If we are out of stock for the specific part - you will be issued a full refund.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item.
If the item is returned because of a customer's mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour/item number not matching) 15% return handling charge will apply.
All parts come with a 30-day warranty. We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the shipping.
Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period we won't be able to provide you with a refund/swap.
This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour/garage charges or any fault arising from the fitting of this part.
All our items are security marked. If the returned part won't match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent to you - warranty will be voided and NO refunds will be issued. Same goes for any tampered, dismantled and incomplete parts.
