New / Used / As Is - Stated in Listing Condition:
New:
The item is brand new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Open Box:
The item is in excellent, new condition with no functional defects. The item may be missing original packaging and may have been used for testing or demo purposes. The item includes accessories found with the original product.
Refurbished:
The item has been restored to working order. This means the item was inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in original packaging.
Used:

Warranty / Returns / Refunds:
Any items being returned because of a buyer mistake (decided did not want item anymore, ordered wrong item not compatible or wrong size or version - all listings have full details on the item its exactly what it is - Match Numbers and Models Period) will have shipping and handling deducted from there return period. By purchasing this listing you agree to all terms herein.
Pertaining to New Items a restocking fee of 15% may be applied to open items, if returned unopened and unused only shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.
If a new item is opened and found to be defective a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued after receiving the defective item back with a prepaid return label supplied in the return process.
All Items must be returned in same condition as sent, All items are recorded and tested before shipping.
For functionality, items come with a 30 day warranty from iKon from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you. Please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist.
Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for an exchange (pending availability) or full refund for defective items only, any other return reason is your responsibility to get the item back to us!
We are unable to issue refunds for transactions older than 30 days.
Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required.
