Spark Surplus offers refunds within 14 days of purchase on DEFECTIVE items ONLY !

There are no returns/refunds on: misordered parts, change of mind, missing gaskets, dried out rubber, missing mounting hardware, small nuts, bolts, cotter pins, etc. or any other minor issue that does not make the part you are buying DEFECTIVE.

About Us:

We are a surplus wholesale dealer. All our parts are (NEW OTHER) unless otherwise specified.

The majority of our parts are left over merchandise from closed auto parts stores and manufactures that are no longer in business. These items, although NEW, are not always crispy clean like you would purchase from your local retailer. They may have been in storage anywhere from 1-30 years.  Rubber parts, gaskets, hardware may need to be replaced and may not be useable. There may be minor corrosion, scuffs, torn or missing boxes, scratches from storage, etc., none of which makes the part Defective.

We do not offer repair or installation advice. We are not mechanics. NO warranty is expressed, written, or implied.  If any manufacturer warranty exists, it is between you and them. 
Feedback will be left after feedback is received. Your feedback assures us that your package has arrived.

Fitment:

We try to list items as accurately as possible, but we are not automotive experts. Sometimes the fitment is so old that it does not take into account the trim, engine size or build dates.  Be sure the part you are buying is correct for your application. You are the expert when it comes to your own vehicle! You must read the fitment NOTES! Match photos of the item we are selling to the item you are purchasing.  ONCE Purchased YOU OWN IT. There are NO RETURNS for parts that are misordered.

Shipping transit time quotes given on eBay are an estimate only. We reserve the right to change the shipping Carrier. We ship USPS First Class, Priority, Fed-ex, UPS. OUR CHOICE. NO matter what eBay says. We are paying the freight and we reserve the right to ship it the way we want. If you have a specific need - please ASK FIRST, before buying, to see if we can accommodate you.

We ship Monday-Friday only. Orders placed before 11:00 AM will usually ship the same day, orders placed after will ship the next business day. Once your order ships you will receive tracking notification.
