Returned parts will typically be refunded within 2 business days of receipt if the part is new, unopened, and uninstalled. Return reasons other than those listed above will usually prolong the processing time by 3 additional business days

If the item has been opened, installed, or used, we are unable to accept a return due to safety concerns.

• In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
• Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
• If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
• Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
• Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.

Return Policy

2. We cannot take back used parts.
3. We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
4. Electrical parts are not returnable.
5. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
