Payment:

1.we accept payment by Paypal only!

2. Payment should be completed within 7 days after order is made. Or, an unpaid case will be issued in order to cancel the transaction. Please contact us if you can not make the payment in time.

3. The eCheck from PayPal will only be processed once the payment is cleared.

4. Our price does not include any Duties, Value Added Taxes, Customs Clearance Fees and other charges. These charges are borne by buyers if they are needed. So, please check with your custom office to learn what additional costs will be needed before bidding or buying. If the parcel is returned due to buyer’s refusal to pay for the above-mentioned charges, it will not be shipped again unless buyer completes those charges and pay for those return and resend costs. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to this.

Handling and Shipping

1.All items will be checked before shipping to make sure that they are new and in good condition. Parcel will be sent within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after your cleared payment is received.

2.Parcels will be sent to UK by standard shipping SpeedPAK (mostly 8-12 working days for delivery).

3.Generally, Epacket, DHL eCommerce, China post registered air mail or others will be used for other countries. It will take about 15-60 days for delivery due to the custom inspection of destination country. We will choose a proper method to send the parcel.

4.Express is available if you need the item urgently, but extra costs will be charged. Please contact us when you need parcel to be shipped in this way.

5. We will not be responsible for any wrong or undeliverable address. Only PayPal verified and confirmed address is acceptable. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you need parcel to be sent to other address, please change it in PayPal first before you make the payment.

Returns

1.Damages may caused during transportation. If the item reaches you in bad condition like defects or damages or the item you got is a wrong one, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving and we will give you a satisfactory solution.

2.All returns must have prior authorization. Please note that we will not accept any returns without our authorizations. So, please contact us before you return the item. Besides, returned items must contain all original packaging.

3.If you want to have a refund and return the received item, which is good in condition and in valid period, due to a subjective matter, we can accept it and offer a refund without postage. Shipping, handling charges and insurance are not refundable in any case. Besides, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
