Business Hours
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., CST. If you call and/or send us an email after 5:00 p.m., we will respond the next business day. We are closed on major holidays & will respond the next open business day.
Damaged/Lost Items
In the event of damaged or lost items, you must contact our office to communicate damage or loss and we will initiate the claim process with the appropriate carrier (Fedex, USPS, etc.)
Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction closing. We reserve the right to re-list or sell to the second highest bidder if the winning bidder has not made payment within 10 days of the auction closing.

Shipping
The shipping cost is for the lower 48 states only. International buyers, and those in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, should contact us for a shipping quote. Orders are ground shipped within 24 hours of payment being received, except on weekends and holidays. FedEx and USPS are our standard shipping methods. Insurance is required on all orders.
International Bidders
We do not send gifts, and all packages are insured for value of purchase. We only ship trackable and insurable methods. Buyer is responsible for any & all Customs & Duty fees.
Returns
All items are guaranteed for 60 days unless otherwise stated. Should you need to return your item for any reason, please initiate a return through eBay. The prepaid shipping label will be generated for the eBay primary shipping address. This is the only address used by Natural Evolution for shipping. If the buyer ships the item outside of the US after purchase, it is the buyer's responsibility to either ship the item back to NEI or ship the item back to the primary shipping address. Refunds will be issued after the item is received by NEI and the contents verified. If there are any issues that we can assist you with concerning this process, please email us and a phone number is available upon request. Our normal business hours, 8am-5pm CST, Monday – Friday.
