USPS sets shipping costs.

made Monday thru Friday after 2:00 PM (EST) will be taken to the Post
Office the next business day. Purchases made on Friday after 2:00 PM
(EST), or on Saturday & Sunday will be taken to the Post Office on
Monday.
Federal Express and UPS:
FedEx & UPS sets shipping costs.
