📦 Shipping Your Console:
Please package your Switch securely with at least 2 inches of padding on all sides.
Once repaired, your console will be returned using tracked and insured shipping.

🚫 Cleanliness & Infestation Policy (No Refunds):
To protect our workspace, tools, and other customers’ equipment, we cannot accept any console containing live insects, dead insects, eggs, nests, or signs of infestation (such as roaches, mites, fleas, bedbugs, etc.).
If a console arrives with visible bugs or infestation evidence:
• The repair will not be performed.
• The device will be immediately re-sealed and returned without being opened further.
• No refund will be issued for the repair service.
• The customer is responsible for any additional return shipping fees, if required.
This policy is mandatory because contaminated devices can require professional extermination of our workspace and interruption of business operations.
Please ensure your console is clean and pest-free before shipping.
