DESCRIPTION

Triple 4 original equipment coil spring isolator and / or 10mm trim packers x4, to fit all Land Rover Discovery 2 models.

Triple 4 spring isolators are a very versatile part and have a number of uses. It's primary purpose is as a spring vibration isolator. The isolator is made from steel and has a tough rubber coating.

Triple 4 isolators fit on the top of the coil springs and prevent metal to metal contact between the top of the coil spring and the chassis spring seat. This takes out any harshness and dramatically improves ride comfort.

As well as this improved ride comfort, Triple 4 isolators also add 10mm to the ride height of your vehicle. You could also use one at the top and one at the bottom of each coil spring to give you a 20mm lift. Using the isolators in this way is ideal if you want to keep the original OEM coil springs without having to resort to a lift spring which usually have too high a spring rate to suit the weight of your vehicle and have you bouncing around all over the place.

Triple 4 isolators can also be used individually or in pairs as a trim packer to adjust and level up the vehicles ride height. Examples of this are if the vehicle is leaning to the left or right, or you want to give the rear springs a bit of a lift on a heavily loaded overland vehicle.

Limitations!

Triple 4 Isolators are designed to be used with standard length shock absorbers. They are not designed to be used with long travel suspension or any form or spring dislocation / spring relocation cones.
