Shipping

1. All orders in the continental 48 States will be shipped free of charge.
2. Orders placed before 12pm (Eastern Standard) will be shipped the same business day of purchase.
3. We only ship to the address provided to us at the time of checkout. Please verify the shipping address before making any payment. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/PO Boxes.

Payment

1. Paypal, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.
2. Please use eBay checkout system when place your order.
3. Immediate payment is required for all orders.

Return

1. Buyer has 30 days to return the items after receiving packages. Please note we only accept return for brand new products.
2. When the return mistake is made on seller, we will provide a free return. Or, customer will be charged for return shipping fee.
3. We will issue a refund to buyer after receiving and checking return packages.

Warranty

1. Peak Tech provides a Lifetime Warranty for original purchasers. If an auto part is defective, Peak Tech will provide ONE-Time replacement.
2. Buyer needs to pay for the shipping cost of replacements occurred in warranty process.
3. Buyer needs to provide Pictures or Video of damaged goods.
