Orders paid by eCheck payments must clear before items are shipped. Customers that pick up items from our facility may pay online or at our facility before pick up. Defective or Damaged Parts Must be returned to Stricker Auto Parts at our discretion before any Replacement or Refund is given. Parts may not be returned after 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Original shipping charge refunds are at the sole discretion of Stricker Auto Parts. If free shipping is offered on the listing, the original charged amount from the carrier may be subtracted from the amount refunded. The Buyer is Responsible for ALL shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to Stricker Auto Parts.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. A Grade	- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade	- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade	- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade	- A part that has not yet been graded.
