Condition:

• Package will usually be shipped via USPS or UPS within 1-2 Business days of completed programming.
• Please see our 10 business day ship time. We generally get units out well before that date but eBay has an estimated arrival date if you need to know the latest time your unit will usually arrive.
• Contacting us asking about shipping is only going to further delay ALL orders. Answering emails, phone calls and messages about where your unit is at will only take more time.
• Expedited shipping carries no guarantee the item will be delivered on time. Please purchase this service at your own risk. We ship all express units as quickly as possible.
• Please allow up to 60 days for delivery of international units. Once it leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the postal service.

• These units are refurbished and checked for full functionality and then checked for communication again after programming.
• We have thousands more units that aren't listed yet. If you see one you need, let us know. 

• IF we receive all the information requested, this unit will come from our facility programmed to your vin and vehicle parameters. If your vin is wrong, programming could be wrong as well. If you fail to provide this information, you will receive a reminder that we need this to process your order!
• This module is equipped with Fords factory PATS(Passive Anti Theft System): Type B
• There will be a scan tool procedure required to connect to the PATS module prior to a successful start. Instructions will be included in the package.
• Most vehicles will need at least 2 keys before you can successfully complete the programming after installation.
• When ordering a programmed ECU we need some information from you. Please send it to us in a message via eBay messages(eBay notes section at checkout is not a reliable form of sending information):
  • VIN
  • Equipt with Cruise Control?
  • Door tag sticker picture
  • Original ECU part number.
  • Original problem with the ECU.
• This information must be included in a message and sent to us within 24 hours or the unit may go out unprogrammed. This information is CRUCIAL to making sure your unit is programmed correctly and equally important to getting your unit to you in a timely manner. If we program a unit for you and do not receive this information and the programming/coding is wrong, we will do our best to get it right but we are not responsible for any associated delays, shipping costs or damages.

• Returned parts must be in original condition, just like they were shipped, to receive a refund. All parts must be included with the returned item, including keys!
• Fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. Purchase via part number for most accurate results.
• Please use the part number provided above to make sure this part fits your vehicle.
• No returns accepted on International shipments. Please purchase as-is.
• If our security seal is broken, we reserve the right to decline the return. We use this seal so we can protect our customers/ourselves to verify that the unit is exactly as we have sent it and no parts have been switched out.
• Please contact your local mechanic or dealer about whether you need an ECU PRIOR to purchasing to alleviate any issues.
