Programming Your Remote Control

Note: Make sure the system is disarmed, and the Control Center (windshield mounted antenna) LED is completely OFF for a minimum of 60-seconds prior to beginning the remote pairing process.

Preparing the system

1. Open drivers door
2. Turn the ignition ON.
3. Within 10-seconds, press and release once, then press and hold the system’s Control Center (The Windshield Mounted Antenna)Valet button. The status LED begins flashing and the siren/horn (if connected) sounds to confirm the system is ready for pairing.
4. Release the Control Center's Valet button.

Pairing the remote control

1. Press and hold the "f" button (approximately 8-seconds)
2. Wait for the Transmit LED to light solid and the remote to beep. Release the "f" button
3. Press the "REMOTE START" button for 1 second. The transmit LED will blink 3 times and beep 3 times.
4. Within 5 seconds, press the "LOCK" button. The vehicle horn will honk. You have now successfully learned the remote to the vehicle remote start and keyless entry system.
5. Press the "f" button two times to exit learn routine on the remote. The transmit LED will turn off and exit tone will sound.
6. Turn the ignition OFF and WAIT approximately 60 seconds.

Note: 2-Way remotes will emit tones and provide visual confirmation that the remote has successfully paired with the system. 1-Way remotes do not offer pairing confirmation.

General Shipping Policies

We currently ship to over 180 Countries Worldwide!

We ship directly to buyers. We will ship only to a customer's own private shipping address. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarders or any forwarding agent. Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery (in accordance with PayPal & Credit Card processor requirements). Please make sure you are at the ship to address to sign for the package. In order to ship your package we will need to provide the carrier with a working phone number. please send us an updated phone number with your address. We usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days. This processing time is required for all shipments, Express as well as standard.

The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth). You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse or add special instructions notes for the carrier. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address if it is required. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please contact us if you have questions.

Please note that in case of difficulties to complete the transaction we may have to cancel the sale. The item may be subjected to additional charges such as customs import fees when it enters your country. Duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiries in this issue. Access 1 Alarm assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges.

If a package has been delayed by customs please contact your local authorities for further information. Customs delays, if occur, are not part of stated delivery times.

Returns

We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please contact us through eBay. We solve all issues!

Before returning an item you must contact us through eBay to obtain a return approval (RMA number) or call us during business hours 10am - 4pm (EST) M-F. If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package & it will be returned to you. New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement (it is your choice).

Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you. All items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in original unopened boxes. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included and in the original condition. Do not make any marking on the manufacturer box, and do not use it as a shipping box - put the items in an additional carton for shipping.

Manufacture defective items (or DOA) must be reported within 4 days of the date of delivery. We will replace the reported items with new ones. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.

Restocking fee of 10% for handling and processing will be charge for returning new items that meet the above policies. Any item that does not meet the above conditions is not eligible for a return.
