It does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to bt-moto365 for inspection and approval.

All returns must be applied with 30 days from date of purchase with the copy of original invoice. We accept returns only in "NEW & UNINSTALLED" condition.
After 30 days, we can only accept return for exchange on warranty only. You need to have return authorization by contacting us prior to you return.
Please note that shipping cost is not refundable.
