Order Processing Times

Shipping & Handling

• Shipping is FREE to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please message us for a quote.
• We Ship most orders using FedEx and USPS services. We will post the tracking number directly on the Order Details Page. Customer is Responsible for being home or arranging Delivery. If package is returned Shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
• All Packages under $200 will not have signature required.
• WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE PAYPAL CONFIRMED VERIFIED ADDRESS
• International Customers: We will Declare the full Value of the item. We will not declare as a gift. Customer is responsible for all custom fees and charges. Febest Auto Parts does take responsibility for charges cause by importing product into the customers country.
• Multiple or combination orders may be eligible for a shipping discount. Please add the items to the cart and ebay will calculate the total shipping cost.

Return Policy

Product may be returned for up to 30 days. We accept returns for manufacture defects or products damaged in shipping. If product is defective, customer may send us a picture of said item proving the damage, and we sill send out a new part for free.

• We will exchange defective or damage Products within the warranty Period of 1 Year.
• Returns for refund are accepted for the first 30 days after customer receives the item.
• If a customer returns item by choice meaning not caused by defect or performance that originally had free shipping there will be a 15% restocking fee. If there were shipping charges in this case they will not be refundable.
• Please Contact Us by using the Ebay messaging system.
• Any problem with an Item must be reported within warranty period.
• If items are damaged in Transit Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the Package or no claim will be allowed.
• If you are returning item by choice within the 30 day Period Customer is responsible for Shipping Cost.
• Shipping Costs are Non Refundable
• Exchanges are free of cost to customer during warranty Period.
