You may return this item for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price. No stocking fees, no hassles. Item must be returned to us in its original condition.

Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded, and buyer pays return shipping unless the item does not perform as described or we make an error in the description/photos shown above.

Typical Cut-off Times
Standard parcel orders will typically ship same business day if payment is received by 12pm EST. If you need an item to ship faster please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Pricing
We try our best to make shipping as affordable as possible. Many of our items ship for FREE or via FLAT-RATE within the continental US. We are also happy to combine shipments of multiple items/listings if you purchase at the same time. In this case, please let us know so that we can revise the shipping price and/or refund you the difference. 

Overnight/Expedite Shipping
If you need this item urgently and would like to have it shipped via guaranteed Next Day, 2nd or 3rd day delivery we are happy to help. Please contact us immediately and we will provide a quote, make arrangements and invoice you for the additional charges accordingly. 

Local Pickup & Collect Shipments
Buyers are always welcome to arrange their own shipping or pick any of our items up at our warehouse in Lebanon, PA. In these cases, we request a $5 P&H fee for small items (under 100lbs) or $25 on larger items (over 100lbs.) Please let us know if you would prefer this option when ordering so that we can invoice appropriately.

Most of our items are single quantity, so the item in the photo is the item you will receive. But when available in multiple quantity, the photo shown is representative of the item. However, the only differences (if any) will be cosmetic in nature and the item will still match the description provided above.
