The cooling of your engine is essential to ensure a long service life.
But off-road, or on quad bikes or golf carts, the speeds reached are never as high as on the road, so air circulation is less important, and seeing a radiator in perfect condition is even more important.
Not to mention that in these disciplines, especially for enduros, quads and other ATVs, the radiators are put to a severe test because of the stones and mud that can clog the fins.
The original radiators fitted to many motorbikes are renowned for being of relatively poor design. Very thin, not very robust and resistant, they are known to bend at the slightest drop and puncture at the slightest impact. Nor are they renowned for their cooling quality.
Whether you're looking to replace the inefficient original element and/or give your cooling system a facelift, AVDB offers a range of reinforced, hand-welded racing-style radiators with fins that are slightly wider apart to allow more airflow, and with a higher capacity than the original to improve cooling quality. All in aluminium for greater robustness.
