Shipping (Packaged Items)

1. We combine all shipping! If shipping cost is higher than expected, please contact us to request combined shipment!
2. If flat shipping is available we will combine as much as possible
3. We will NOT package an item in a small flat rate box, if the item is oversize and cannot be properly cushioned
4. If you want to use your own UPS account please call us first, or message us prior to making payment
5. We can ship using other services but you must email us your own label and schedule a pickup
6. If you need overnight shipping and it's past 2:00 PM eastern time, please call us to let us know you paid for overnight shipping so we can get it out. We ship up to 4:30 PM for next day shipping. That does not include freight shipments!

Please include all info when asking for cost on shipping, or it will slow the process down

4. What is your company name if you have one and your name?

We have very reasonable rates

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only as stated in our ebay auctions. Refund for items not needed will be for cost of item only. No original or return shipping costs will be refunded. The item must be returned in same condition as sent out or package will be refused. All items are marked with a special pen so we can verify that it is our item coming back. If your return is due to an issue with item, please contact us through ebay. If your return meets these guidelines please send the item back and include the ebay auction number as the RMA number. Please include your USER NAME or a packing slip to expedite your returns. Please note, if it's past the 14 days from the sale date it will not process! Thank you!
