WARRANTY INFORMATION

Pre-owned machines come with our standard 30-day parts warranty. The warranty period begins on the day the machine is delivered.

If any part fails while under warranty, AngelToner will decide whether:

(a) to remedy the defect free of charge with regard to parts and labor by making a repair.
(b) to replace the product with an equivalent or similar product.

Please note that the warranty does not include the following:

Consumables such as toners, drums, and fusers. This unit is being sold "as-is" with existing consumables installed at minimum of 30%.
Repairs that are not carried out by an authorized AngelToner service.
Damage or failure to follow the safety instructions or the operating instructions, Acts of God, accidents, non-permissible or exceptional loading, erroneous handling, unauthorized modifications, or other effects caused by high voltage or current.

SHIPPING INFORMATION	RETURNS
UPS Ground Small printers weighing 70 lbs. or less, we ship via UPS Ground. A tracking number will be provided once shipped. LTL Freight Curbside Delivery Heavy and/or oversize printers will be shipped by Commercial Freight with Standard Curbside Delivery Service. If you do not have a loading dock and require lift gate service and inside delivery, please contact us for a quote. These additional services are not included in the standard shipping charge. We will contact you to confirm your shipping details before we book your shipment. Prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. Someone must be present on the day of the delivery and sign the proof of delivery. If you do not request these services, you will be responsible for taking the shipment off the delivery truck and inside your facility. AngelToner is not responsible for any damage incurred by the customer taking their shipment off the truck themselves. Local Pick-up Warehouse pickup is also available by appointment. We will prepare your order and notify the pick-up day & time via phone call or eBay message once everything is ready.	We want nothing more than to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. At AngelToner, we are firmly dedicated to guaranteeing a shopping experience that's as smooth as can be. We proudly offer a return policy that covers a period of 30 days from the date your order was delivered; if more than 30 days have passed since your order's delivery, we cannot offer you a refund anymore. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and partial refunds possible based on item condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
