Street Fighter II: The World Warrior is a 2D one-on-one fighting game developed and published by Capcom, first released in arcades in 1991. It became a global phenomenon by popularizing the modern fighting-game formula: round-based matches, special move inputs, and a dedicated six-button control layout (three punches + three kicks) that let each character play very differently.
The original roster features 8 playable fighters—Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Guile, Blanka, E. Honda, Zangief, and Dhalsim—plus 4 boss opponents (Balrog, Vega, Sagat, M. Bison).
Development was led by Capcom staff including producer Noritaka Funamizu, with Akira Nishitani on game design and Akira Yasuda (Akiman) as the lead character designer/planner (Capcom interview).
Because it was so successful, Capcom released major arcade revisions that refined balance and features: Champion Edition (Mar 1992), Turbo/Hyper Fighting (Dec 1992), Super Street Fighter II (Sep 1993), and Super Street Fighter II Turbo (Feb 1994).

This is a used item. There are some scratches on the case, but no noticeable damage to the card itself.
