Orders are shipped daily from our Sydney location with AusPost as our preferred courier for Small-Medium parcels. Larger pallet orders will be shipped daily via trusted couriers. All orders are sent with tracking; once your order has been processed, it will be sent via the correct delivery service and you will receive an email with the tracking number.
If you receive your item in poor condition, incorrectly packaged, damaged or missing parts, all return shipping costs will be covered by Torque Spares and the issue will be rectified immediately. However, if you wish to return your purchase due to change of mind, as no longer wanted or needed, or you have incorrectly ordered a part that is not suited to your vehicle and have not sought confirmation from our team, then return shipping costs is subject to the buyer.
