2. Reason for return and shipping responsibility
Product quality issues: If there are quality problems or serious discrepancies with the description of the product, we will bear the return shipping cost. For quick processing, please provide clear photos of the product issue, pictures of the outer packaging box, and all labels on the packaging when applying, so that we can generate a prepaid return label for you.
Personal reasons (such as change of mind): For returns initiated by the buyer due to personal reasons, the relevant return shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund.

3. Requirements for the status of returned goods

Please use the original packaging or a clean, unmarked complete packaging box.
