WARRANTY
- Coverage: 90-day parts-only warranty (unless otherwise stated).
- Exclusions: Labor, installation costs, incidental damages, and no mileage guarantee.
- Claims: Must go through the warranty department.
- Eligibility: Warranty applies to the original purchaser listed on the invoice.
- Voided Warranty: Abuse, commercial use, and unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
Specific Warranties:
- Engine: Must follow installation guidelines and keep heat tabs intact.
- Transmission: 90-day warranty; seals and filters must be replaced before installation.
- Transfer Case: 90-day warranty; customer ensures fluid and seals before installation.
- Airbags: Must be installed by a certified technician; iDrive is not liable for safety.
For warranty claims, contact iDrive before any repairs or removal.
RETURNS
We offer a simple 60-day return policy from the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags. If the item has been opened or used, contact us for options.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
Refunds: After we inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
