Freight shipments such as doors,tail gates,trunks,hoods,etc require a signature when delivered.Once you sign that paper saying the pallet was delivered in good condition items can not be returned for claims like damaged while shipping. Please inspect your item on the pallet and notate any issues on the paper then sign.

Shipping is to a business or commercial address with a loading dock,forklift or other means to unload the freight trailer.

Shipping to a home is available for a additional fee and this would include a lift gate truck that could unload the pallet. Sometimes if your close enough there may not be one feel free to contact us to make sure. Also make sure you provide a valid phone number so they can contact you as home delivies require a appointment to be made with the carrier.

Please remember these are used parts so most likely the older it is the more minor scratches it may have from over time. If you purchase a door because it is the same color please do not expect it to have or possibly even get some minor scratches along the way. Even when we sell body parts to body shops it is under the assumption it will be painted and not perfect.

Please don't assume this part will come with another part as all parts are sold separately for example a engine does not come with a transmission but a transmission would come with the torque converter. Please if you have any questions and you and unsure about what you need and what item is listed contact us before we ship out. For example if the auction says bumper rebar and rebar only but the photo shows a entire car it still means rebar only and not the entire cover that is why the price is so low and shipping is free. Most items we have for sale on the vehicles are listed on our store some are not but we mainly save major components and body parts so we don't sell clips,relays,etc.

Please do not just order large items such as motors,transmissions,rears and not be sure because our shipping cost is normally around $200.00 one way and we will not cover the shipping back and fourth. We will require proof that a engine or transmission is faulty from a certified repair shop before a return is allowed on these large items.

Please don't order and just expect things to be a certain way these are used parts and we are located in the Northeast region of the United States so there is snow,salt,rain which sometimes results in minor corrosion,rust,etc so our engines even with low miles may not look brand new all the time but everything is tested and comes with a warranty.

We highly recommend that you replace all seals,gaskets,filters,O-Rings,etc on all and any used parts prior to installation. It is a lot easier and cheaper to replace while the parts are off the vehicle compared to installed and finding out after there is a leak. We do not guarantee any except head gaskets on engines. Some times a seal may become loose or damaged from removal from the donor vehicle.

Engines- are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block, and excessive smoking for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Special exceptions apply for engine sales. Engines are normally sold complete except for the starter,alternator,power steering pump and AC compressor. If you purchased rebuilt you would get a block and heads and have to use all your other parts like sensors,valves,coil packs,etc so please understand that we can not sell a engine for example a BMW engine for $699.99 and replace a sensor or valve that cost $799.99 for you. The remaining parts attached to the block and heads are left for our customer’s convenience . However, the following are not warranted due to breakage or defects; water pumps, fuel pumps, any and all gaskets, carburetor, plugs, wires,intake and exhaust manifolds, etc. These items are not warranted when sold on an engine and often need to be switched from the original engine.All seals,gaskets,liquids,etc should be replaced when engine is outside the vehicle prior to installation. Due to the complexity of today’s automobiles, there may be certain changes needed when installing an engine. (Drive Line) accepts no responsibility for the improper installation on any used parts. Warranty is void if engine is run hot, over heated or heat tabs melted.

 Transmissions - are guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase and for a period of 90 days. Shearing or breaking of teeth in standard transmissions is not warranted under any circumstances. Customers must replace all seals and fluids. Engines and transmissions must have new seals. Warranty does not cover any seals. Engines or Transmissions that are taken apart by customer or representative will have no warranty and will not be replaced of refunded. If a problem occurs contact a sales agent prior to any work. Some transmissions may require reprogramming by a dealership or certified mechanic with the proper equipment and failure to do this may void the warranty.

Rear ends/Axle/Carriers - are guaranteed to work properly, gears are guaranteed to be in good condition, and bearings are guaranteed to not be noisy at time of purchase. There is no guarantee for labor to install or remove any parts what so ever unless agreed upon before sale.
