A large card is placed on the table, it depicts the Devil inside a flaming triangle. The spectator take a deck of cards and after cutting, mixing and sorting them, places a pile onto each corner of the triangle.
He now turns over the top card of each pile to reveal...three sixes, the Devil's mark.
This effect is totally self-working, with no slights or funny moves. Keep the Devil triangle in your pocket and you are ready to perform whenever there is a deck of cards handy.
