Payment
 All payments are expected within 5 days after your last winning auction has closed. Other payment arrangements can be made for large purchases.
Shipping:
Domestic shipping is done Monday through Friday with UPS, USPS, or other heavy freight carriers based on shipping location usually within 1 business day of cleared payment. Please make sure your eBay/PayPal shipping address is correct; in most cases we cannot ship to addresses other than what is registered. For International orders the buyer is responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes. We insure items over $250.00.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING
When selecting UPS Next Day Service (Mon-Thurs), please note the following information:
- If payment is cleared before 3:30pm EST, your order will deliver the next business day.
- If payment is cleared after 3:30pm EST, your order will ship the next business day.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING - SATURDAY DELIVERY
When selecting UPS Next Day Service (on a Friday), please note the following information:
- If payment has cleared before 3:30pm EST, your order will ship Friday for delivery by the following Monday.
- If payment has cleared after 3:30pm EST, your order will ship the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- If Saturday delivery is needed, you must contact us and confirm before 3:30pm EST. Please note Saturday delivery will incur a higher shipping cost; Hadalgo reserves the right to bill customers for any additional charges.
- If Next Day delivery is only requested in "notes to seller" prior to payment, Hadalgo does not guarantee your order will ship as requested. This also applies to Next Day Early AM requests. Please contact Partcrib directly to ensure on-time delivery.
- If you wish to ship collect on your account, please contact us before making payment so we may adjust your invoice as needed to exclude shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
UPS is the selected courier for all international shipments by default. However, upon receiving payment, Hadalgo reserves the right to ship all international shipments via UPS or DHL. If international shipping is available to your delivery location via the United States Postal Service, we are happy to ship via USPS Express upon request. Please request USPS Express services before making payment. Should the ebay estimated shipping charges to your location be incorrect, Hadalgo reserves the right to invoice you for any additional shipping costs. By purchasing from Hadalgo, you agree to these terms.
**FOR CANADIAN BUYERS ONLY**
UPS Standard will not be available for selection on ebay; however, we can ship via this service. Please request this service before making payment and we will adjust your invoice to include the correct cost. We highly recommend UPS Standard to Canada as it is a much cheaper alternative to UPS Worldwide.
Returns:
We guarantee each sold item to be in the said condition stated on the corresponding listing. We offer a 30-day free return policy on damaged or defective sold items. Please note, the condition of all sold items is reviewed prior to shipment. All sold items are photographed and marked with anti-tamper labels before leaving our facility. Serial numbers are recorded for PCB boards and high value items prior to shipping. Once a returned item has been inspected and confirmed defective/damaged, a replacement unit will ship. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. However, our liability will not extend beyond the original purchase price of any item. We reserve the right to cancel transactions made in error, e.g. database glitches resulting in underpriced surplus.
