All Domestic mid-size packages shipments will be shipped via UPS Ground/FedEx; small size package will be shipped via USPS; large size like bumper, hood will be shipped via truck freight. Shipments outside of the continental 48 states, PO Boxes, Canada and international are shipped via Priority Mail regardless of the package size.

  *Our International shipping rates also include AE, AK, HI, GU, VI, PR, MP, PO Boxes, Military address/base, APO/FPO and Canada. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees incurred by the country's customs/border regulations.

  *Customer assumes shipping charges incurred in shipping to undeliverable address. Some of the packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Customer is responsible to ensure PO Box address given is deliverable by the shipping company. Package will be held until a valid physical address is provided for those undeliverable ones.

Please note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather conditions, and that delivery times frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 1-3 business days.

We will provide a return shipping label for these cases. After our Return Department get the returned package, a refund or an exchange will be processed.

  *All return items MUST be without damages & in brand new condition which means the item is never installed, modified, painted & kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a restocking fee.

  2.Installation:

 *Most of our products are direct from distributor and are intended for jobber purpose, so they may not come with instruction manual. Professional mechanic are recommended for installation. This can avoid many problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Warranty will be void for improper installation. We do not assume any responsibility for any installation fees charged by a shop under any circumstances. If you need assistance on installation, we can try to get some installation guide for you.
