If you have problems with your auction after we have shipped your item you must inform us within 14 days of the end of the auction. After that we cannot help you.  If you have installed an item it is no longer returnable.  If you bought an item that needs to be installed, we recommend using a professional contractor.  If you have issues with an item that has been installed send us an invoice from the contractor and what steps have been taken to troubleshoot the item.  If an item has been installed improperly or if there is another component that has caused damage to the item it is no longer returnable.

All Items that State "Sold As Is" or "No Returns" are not eligible for a refund or return. These items are usually items that we can not test for functionality or that we state are in used condition. Buyer/Winner accepts all risk for these items.

Appliance parts are not eligible for return.
