All of our items are shipped via USPS First Class or UPS. Although products normally go out within 24 hours, please allow an absolute maximum of 5 business days for orders to be shipped.
If there is a problem with an item, please contact us first regarding your order. For defective products, we will provide a return label to send the product back to us for a full refund. If customer remorse is indicated or there was an error in purchase, the buyer is responsible for returning the product. Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of purchase or buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
