All our items are brand new aftermarket products unless otherwise stated.
All our stock is E Approved high quality and road legal and are solely for the use on right hand drive cars only. Left hand drive cars have door mirrors fitted at a slightly different angle therefore creating the chances for blind spots if fitted incorrectly.
All spares are backed with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, which in the unlikely event of failure of any part due to faulty workmanship or materials within 12 months of purchase, the part will be replaced at no cost providing you still have your proof of purchase.

Ace Car Parts now offers a Click & Collect service on ALL our products. Simply purchase the item on eBay as usual, select the click and collect option and we will delivery your item to most UK Argos Stores.

Your item will automatically be returned to, and we will issue you a full refund, if you still require the item you can contact us to re order.

Northern Ireland - BUSINESS Orders.
Due to the Windsor Framework, we are unfortunately unable to fulfil business orders to Northern Ireland at this time.
Northern Ireland - CONSUMER orders.
We supply goods under DAP terms, with all shipments delivered to the agreed location in the UK. Our sales are made on the basis that the goods are "not at risk" of moving to the EU under the terms of the Windsor Framework. Consequently, we do not assume liability for any subsequent movement of goods into the EU after delivery. Any export formalities or additional costs related to the movement of goods to the EU are the responsibility of the Buyer.

For a small fee of £2.95 we will arrange a 24 hour delivery service to get your item to you providing we receive your order before 4PM.

Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
We are closed Christmas week, all orders placed on or after the 23rd December will not be processed until the first working day of the New Year.
Items will be dispatched to the address as listed on your eBay account. Amendments made through PayPal or via email will not be accepted, under any circumstances.
Payments made by PAYPAL, Pounds Sterling only (GBP)- UK & OVERSEAS - GOODS will normally be shipped within 2 workings days.

We do not ship to PO box numbers or British forces address (sorry).
Additional Postal Charges
Additional postage charges will apply to the following areas: Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and all other islands off the mainland excluding the Isle of Wight (no extra charge).
Additional charges are determined by location and weight, For delivery to any of the areas listed above please call for a quote before purchasing an item (call with your postcode, item number and product name).
Returns
We offer a "no quibble 30 days returns policy". All of our items (excluding bulbs), if faulty, are covered by a 12 months manufacturer's warranty.
**IF WE'VE MADE AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER (DAMAGED, FAULTY, ORDER RECEIVED IN ERROR) WE WILL COLLECT OR SEND A RETURNS LABEL FREE OF CHARGE **.
Please contact us through eBay and we will assist you with ANY problem. We don't expect you to pay a penny to return goods to us if an item is damaged, faulty or not as described.
Ordered incorrectly/No Longer Required? Not to worry! We understand that it's not always easy to order car parts.
Any goods painted or sprayed as requested are Non-Returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We ask for this payment via PayPal, whereby we'll send you a money request invoice. If you wish to return yourself please contact us and we will provide all the necessary information. When returning, please include a slip of your eBay ID and the reason for returning. If no longer required/ordered incorrectly we won't cover the return cost.
Items must be packaged exactly as received in original packaging (unless faulty under warranty) and in un-used, perfect condition. Don't make amendments please! This includes gluing items (perhaps to fix them), removing parts etc. A refund won't be processed if any of the above occurs.
If goods are no longer required, and become damaged when returning to us then it is the buyers responsibility to contact the relevant courier and make a formal claim, as we cannot process a refund.
Received Damaged? We're sorry about that. Our staff works hard to pack items in the best way possible to avoid damages in transport... However some items are extremely fragile and breakages can happen! Please tell us within 48 hours of signing for the parcel and attach a photo of the damage and we will gladly provide a replacement, or full refund.
