**ELECTRONICS** We sell ALL of our items as collectibles only. We do not test the electronics of our items for operation, doing so jeopardizes the collectiblity of our items. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY!

Payment

We prefer that payment be made within the first 3 days of the auction ending. If you need a payment plan or a situation arises that does not allow you to make payment in that window, please contact us. 

Please Note: due to our warehouse presence in the following states, we are required to charge their sales tax for individuals who live in each of the following states:

AZ,CA,CO,CT,FL,GA,IL,KS,KY,MD,MA,MN, NV,NJ,NC,PA,SC,TN,TX,WA,WI

?Please Note: Our tax list is ever changing and we reserve the right to charge sales tax to any state regardless if it  is on the above list or not. The buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees. If you have any questions regarding the presecence of tax in your state (or lack thereof) please contact us before making any purchase/commitment to buy items.  
 

Shipping

We strive to ship every order we get within 24 business hours of receipt.

Domestic items are shipped via UPS or USPS. International items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

We currently ship Worldwide.

If you have a specific shipping request please let us know prior to bidding and we will do everything we can to accomodate!
 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (NON-US RESIDENTS) READ BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING
  • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
  • We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" or declare anything lower than the full paid value because we are a retail store.
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
  • Brian\'s Toys has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don\'t have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

About Us

Brian\'s Toys, a family business since 1994, is the name that you can trust in Star Wars toy collecting. We started in my parents\' basement and garage over 20 years ago. After taking over the house, we expanded to an 8000 square foot office/warehouse next door and have added several other nearby warehouse locations over recent years to hold all of our stuff! We have produced 84 catalogs over the last 15+ years and have serviced satisfied customers in all 50 states and over 100 countries. Everyone in my family, from my parents (who make trips to our off-site warehouses, sort action figures, run company grill-outs, and have literally been with me every step of the way the last 18+ years) to my wife Carina (payroll) and my kids (Sonja, 7, and Erik, 4) who like to visit, is part of the businesss.
