I received this unit from a local municipality along with some other Williams items. This unit is in good cosmetic condition with some scratches/rubbing marks on its face.
It powers up, however I don't have knowledge to test it further.
It comes with wall mount arm.
Please note that it does not come with any AC adapter/cable/etc.,.
