Camel Supplies aims to provide great office, school, IT, health, and home products for businesses and homes.
We focus on supply chains and connect suppliers to the customers. We and our suppliers sell on a variety of platforms as marketplace sellers including ebay, alibaba, walmart marketplace, shopify, and amazon. If you already have paid membership on other platforms, you may consider purchasing there for membership subsidized shipping and pricing.
- For online retail orders, we negotiate prices and redirect orders to partnered local supplier warehouses and carriers including instacart and FBA (fulfill-by-amazon) for affordable expedited shipping. Due to fees charged by eBay, the prices may differ from MSRP.
- For wholesale quotes >$10,000 or to become a supplier to our stores, please contact us.
SHIPPING
We offer free expedited shipping (1-4 business days) for most orders through our partnered suppliers, except for P.O. Box orders (USPS shipping requried) and areas where expedited shipping options are not available for the supplier's warehouses.
For online retail orders, packages are shipped directly from manufacture or suppliers' warehouses for faster fulfillment.
If Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) or Fulfilled-by-Amazon service (FBA) is used by the supplier for expedited fulfillment, a tracking number provided by Q-Track will be attached to the order. You may track it at qtrack.io.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
For reasons of hygiene, health, and transaction safety, non-returnable items includes:
- Food and beverages (including candy and snacks)
- Perishable goods (such as flowers, plants, and fresh produce)
- Medicine and dietary supplements (including vitamins and herbs)
- Personal care items (such as cosmetics, toiletries, and intimate products)
- Hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids and gases)
- Gift cards and virtual items
If the item is damaged upon arrival, you may also return the package for a full refund.
