If you order a part and it turns out not to be a good substitute you can return it for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. Shipping of most small parts to U.S. addresses is under $3.

Payment is accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. We charge only for shipping your item - no handling charge! Most items can be packed together to save on shipping. Shipping overages of less than $1 will not be refunded.

We offer inexpensive 1st Class shipping for the majority of small parts. International customers can also benefit from less expensive 1st Class International shipping. However, the tracking of 1st Class International packages is very poor; the tracking usually stops at a U.S. sorting facility. Sometimes it can take several weeks for a 1st Class International package to arrive. Priorty Mail has much better tracking.

We will ship your item(s) within 24 hours after payment is made. Shipping days are Monday - Friday.
