This Drain plug reducer is Made in Texas, USA and comes with FULL LIFE TIME WARRANTY.

The factory thread size of crankcase is 14mm, this kit will help you repair MINOR damaged threads by making new threads of 16mm

This is a complete kit which includes a Magnet bolt to catch impurities in crankcase which can be removed on every oil change or engine maintenance and Thread locker to lock the threads of reducer.

A common failure inherent to the Yamaha Raptor crank case is stripping threads because of big oil drain bolt (21mm) factory bolt which often breaks when doing regular oil change / engine maintenance. Our Premium "Oil Filler Drain Plug Bolt Reducer with Magnet" is the only solution which eliminate the fear of stripping out threads on the crank case.

Note:

Drill bit (14.5mm thick) is not included and can be purchased easily from any hardware store.

Installation Instructions:

Tilt bike back on end and remove old drain plug.
Apply good mount of grease on Drill bit of 14.5mm thick bit (Not provided with this kit) to catch metal shavings. Once drilled the crankcase, vacuum it properly so you will not left with shavings.
Run the provided tap straight and carefully to make new threads. Clean the threads and vacuum again.
Use the Red loctite provided with kit on outer threads of Reducer.
Tighten reducer to OEM specifications and then tighten drain bolt.(see pictures for the specifications)
Let the loctite dry, install the bolt, fill the oil and repair is DONE!!
