All orders placed through eBay are sent out on Royal Mail 24 as standard. Please note that this is a 1 - 3 working day service and we cannot guarantee any orders will arrive the next day.

iParts4u ship goods the same working day, throughout Monday to Friday, to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

We ship all orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 16:00hrs will be shipped the same working day. If paid for after the 16:00hrs cut off time this will not be shipped until the next working day. Please note, if you are choosing a next day service after the cut off time on Friday, Saturday or Sunday the items will not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest.

iParts4u use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to ship our customer's orders, delivery times can vary subject to the service that is chosen at checkout.

eBay is responsible for handling all payments made through iParts4U's eBay store. By default we accept all payment methods offered by eBay's service. Payments must be received and settled prior to delivery of goods.

The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' price or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is incorrect. In this instance, we will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, however, sometimes it may be necessary to return a part. we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item iParts4u will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed however are usually dealt with within 48 hours.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received, otherwise they may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost via return shipping, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

If you change your mind about an order or want to return an item as unwanted, iParts4u is not liable for any postage costs. It is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs for unwanted goods. Goods must be returned within 30 days and in unused condition.

If products arrive faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please do not fit any items you believe to be faulty. iParts4U cannot cover items we believe to be faulty due to user damage. If your item has become damaged due to user error, please contact us.
