Rebuilt 1.9 M-TDI Pump for AHU TDI Engines. This is a mechanical pump that can run the 1.9 TDI engines. This pump is specially designed to bolt on to the 1Z/AHU TDI Engine. You will reuse the 1Z/AHU pump's original sprocket. To engineer this pump I disassembled VW's own 2.8 M-TDI pump sold in Europe and copied the internal design. Prior to shipping, this pump will be installed on a 1.9 TDI engine and test run, so you can be 100% sure that the pump will work right. This pump has many of the original parts from a TDI pump mixed with some new parts. I have been selling these pumps for 10 years and drove one of these cars for a few years. There is a $150 core charge included in the price of this pump. You need to send back any kind of injector pump, TDI or 1.6. The 1.9 AHU's turbo has a wastegate and doesn't need modification to run mechanically.This pump will bolt on. You will need 12v to turn the pump on and off and a throttle cable to control the throttle. This pump is made with a 10mm rotor and will make over 100HP. If you want more power, then contact me. A larger rotor, .216 injector nozzles and 30PSI of turbo boost will give 200HP. 2 Year Warranty on this pump from a seller based in the USA. |
