1.How to know the item fit my car?

What cars are compatible is usually stated on the product listing page. You are also advised to send us a picture of the dashboard of the car showing the OEM radio and A/C control panel to confirm compatibility. We will contact you to get the information if you have placed an order but have not provided information on your car.

2.Does it support car steering wheel control?

Yes, Your original steering control will remain after installation

3.What Android apps can be installed?

Almost any Android apps compatible with the Android firmware version of the radio can be installed. Google Play is included on the radio. You can also install apps not in PlayStore by enabling 'Unknown sources'.

4.How can I connect the radio to the Internet?

The Android radios have Wi-Fi connectivity, so they can be connected to any Wi-Fi network if you know the password. To connect to the Internet away from your home, you can either turn on your phone's Wi-Fi Hotspot or buy a dedicated Mobile Wi-Fi Hotspot for your car. Some Android radios also have built-in SIM slot that will let you use a SIM card to get 3G or 4G LTE connectivity.

5.What features does the Android radio offer?

The Android radio is an Android tablet that includes the ability to install Android apps and GPS navigation with the navigation app of your choice. Other features include the ability to connect MirrorLink with iPhone or Android phones, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth music and phone calls, AM/FM radio, etc, while most OEM features are retained. Additional accessories such as Bluetooth adapter,USB aftermarket backup camera, etc.

7.Does it can install DVR or Digital TV?

8.Do I need to pay custom duties?

The price does not include tax, customs, or fees charged by the government. The buyer is responsible for those charges if applicable. If you have special request for declared value, please contact us when you place the order.

9.Can I install by myself or have install instruction?

Only parts of car have install instruction, if any question when you install, our engineer will be help you to do.
But we suggest that you could install by professional install store or local service shop if you never install by yourself avoid screen demage

10.Could you test the goods before you package?

Transit Damages

All items are shipped insured.  Claims for damaged items during transit must be reported within 3 days of arrival through our RMA system. You MUST keep ALL packaging materials (boxes, etc.) and items EXACTLY the way it was received for carrier's inspection.

 

Warranty Policy

All units include a 1-year warranty. If your item(s) are defective please send the message to us within 30 days for return to get refund or replacement. Within 3 months, You just need to return the defective one and we will send you a new unit.

 

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone.No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.

 

Return and refund

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send the message to us for instructions on how to return the package for a full refund or replacement.

 

Returns must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with shipping tracking number. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer. When you return the package,please inform us the tracking NO. at once. After seller confirmed the package, the buyer can get full refund or have a replacement.
