The steam aging test machine has three test rooms, and the test room is a drawer type design, which can carry out a variety of tests at the same time, saving time and effort.

The machine is made of preferred material, the internal and external box material is SUS304 stainless steel, strong and not easy to deform, not easy to rust, not easy to age, beautiful appearance.

The design of heat dissipation window on one side of the machine can dissipate the heat generated by the motor in time, reduce the temperature of the motor, and extend the service time.

Through the top handle can easily lift the test area top cover, easy to operate.

Note: Do not carry through the top handle.

A. Before opening the power switch on the machine, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm whether the water inlet at the rear of the machine is connected to the water source.

2. Turn on the POWER switch.

3. Set the experimental temperature and time through the thermostat.

B.Direction for use ：

1. After presetting the digital switch and time period switch to the required position and connecting the power supply, the digital display will start timing from zero. When the preset time is reached, the delay contact is converted, and the digital display keeps the current number, realizing the timing control.

2. Reset function and use of disconnection delay: At any time, the reset terminal will be connected to the delayed contact point and will return to the initial position. After disconnection, the digital display will start counting from 0. Using this function, the external control contact can be connected to the reset terminal to achieve disconnection delay.

3. The interval between disconnecting the power supply and reconnecting must be greater than 1 second.

4. Do not control the line with other strong wires in the same pipe or twisted wiring, so as not to produce interference

5. If you need to turn on the red switch of the panel for the second experiment after the timer time arrives, start it again and set the temperature time next time.

1. Before installation, test the access voltage and check whether the power supply is matched. Select the corresponding power supply voltage, do not be too high, avoid burning the device, do not modify the power plug or add the power cord, so as to cause overheating and fire. Do not misconnect, and please fully ground the earth wire to maintain the normal operation and life of the machine.

2. It is advisable to have a separate water supply. After the installation of the water pipe, check whether the joints are firm.

3. It should be powered by a separate switch and cannot share power with other equipment.

4. The exhaust pipe should be installed downward to avoid the internal box pressure imbalance resulting in water overflow outside the box.

5. For thermocouple input signals, please use compensating wires made of the same material as the thermocouple wire.

6. Do not place this machine in a place where there may be liquid splashing, the use environment must be dry, cool and ventilated, please do not close to valuable furniture or other household appliances, and away from inflammable and explosive items.

7. The controller can be opened for cleaning only when the temperature is below 40℃ to avoid scalding.

8. Do not move the machine during use; The instrument must be placed on a stable ground before use, the inclination Angle is less than 5 degrees, and the body is more than 10 cm away from the wall.

9. Do not touch the machine during use and do not tilt it to avoid burns.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.
▲ Items  returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be  covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be  deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase  price will be charged.

Defective & Damaged Products
