A fun driver that turns heads everywhere she goes.
Previous owner had the engine rebuilt, transmission serviced, brake system completely redone, suspension and steering rebuilt, new exhaust, new tires, etc. - everything needed to put the car in top running condition. All work was performed by a professional shop. The car has been driven less than 2000 miles since the mechanicals were redone.
I removed and repaired all rusted areas, had the car professionally repainted, installed totally new interior and convertible top. Many parts were re-chromed, the front grill and bumpers were replaced. All of the stainless side moldings were repaired, polished, and re-installed. Cosmically everything was redone or replaced.
The six cylinder in-line 194 cubic inch engine and power glide transmission work great. She can be a little sluggish to start after sitting for a while - I try to crank and run her weekly to avoid these problems. Otherwise the car runs and drives perfectly.
The original AM radio remains but does not work. The windshield washer does not work. The car does not have power brakes or steering but this hasn’t been an issue for me. During my use there is one spot where chipped paint was touched up - barely visible now. There is one small ding in the trunk lid.
Fender skirts for the rear wheel wells are not shown but are included. Also included is the boot cover for the convertible top.
