This is my 1979 Fiat Spider with 80,000 miles and a 5-speed manual transmission. I’ve owned this car for the past 15 years, during which time it has been maintained and worked on as an ongoing project. I'm selling it because I no longer use it and think its time to pass it along. The car as long as i have owned it has been garage kept.
The car runs and drives ok, with the last drive completed on April 4, 2026. While it has been driven less frequently over the past year, it still starts and can be enjoyed as-is for casual driving around town.
This vehicle ideally is for someone looking project potential, I have driven it and restored it bit by bit over the years but it can be over hauled. It does have a few known issues:
- The carburetor could use tuning
- There is a hole in the stock exhaust pipe
There isn't any structural integrity issues with the frame however, there are locations where rust has gone through the floor boards.
Included with the sale are multiple boxes of spare parts, as well as the front and rear bumpers.
