Selling our 1979 Honda CR250R Elsinore. My father purchased this bike in the early '90s from the original owner and has owned it ever since. The bike is entirely original and still runs and rides flawlessly today. It was mostly ridden on trails and never raced. It was always garage kept and has been properly cared for. All components work without issue, such as the clutch, front/rear brakes, kill switch, suspension, etc. This bike always starts first or second kick and idles perfectly. A few small cosmetic flaws can be seen in areas like the right side of the fuel tank, a small pinhole rip in the seat cover, and some slight paint missing along the frame rails. These are very minor issues for a bike that was not a showroom piece, as this bike was ridden and has proven itself. 

These bikes are collectors items at this point and are quite rare to find, with most rider examples like this being long gone by now. 

We do not have the original title or any paper work from the original owner as it was purchased so long ago, but the bike has been in our family so long there are no questions has to whether the bike has been maintained. 

We are located in Essexville, MI and are willing to ship the bike if the buyer pays and arranges for shipping. Ideally this bike will go to a collector or someone who will maintain it and keep it in running shape to preserve its history.
