These are the EXACT fasteners that are used on the assembly line, not generic hardware store bolts.

Thread: 8-1.25 (Metric)
Length: 30 mm
Head: 13 mm Indented Hex with a 24 mm Outside Diameter Loose Washer
Finish: Black phosphate
These bolts are mainly used on the front end. They can be found on your hood hinges, hood latch, radiator support, etc.
They have a black phosphate coating (not painted), so the finish will last.
These are largely used on GM 1978+ cars and 1988+ full size trucks. Most, but not all, converted to both metric and standard in 1978 and full metric in 1981.
