Has 6 new tires.
Interior is livable but needs work.
Was some leaks and a current leak over the cab.
Roof was sealed a year ago.
Roof AC and Fridge worked great last season both plugging into house electric
Untested generator and other house systems.
The bed frame in the bedroom is not attached and allows for a queen sized mattress which covers most of the poorly repaired wall.
