We are the second owners and have owned this meticulously maintained 1996 Chevy Silverado (OBS) old body style truck since 2000, 100% Garage Kept since New. This truck has been absolutely the  most reliable vehicle we have ever owned, I drove it over 100 miles per day back and forth to work for 20 years, It has over 602,000 documented miles on the original 305 engine and still gets 14mpg city and over 17mpg on the highway (not estimates, mileage checked by me)

 No accidents, dents repaired, or paint touchup has ever been done to this truck.

     All lights have been upgraded to LED, excellent headlight visibility at night, super bright taillights, tag lights, interior lights. Brakes have been upgraded, cold air package for the engine. The original engine has not been rebuilt, all original with the exception of a few external upgrades, does NOT smoke, uses 1 quart of oil per 3,000/4,000 miles,  no leaks.

    Most important feature that has prolonged the life of this classic truck is that since the truck had 40,000 miles we have used Royal Purple synthetic oil and all lubricants, engine, transmission, differential, power steering. Along with the sale of this truck will include 6 oil analysis reports from Blackstone Labs, the reports date from when the truck had 300,000 miles to the current miles, 603,630 (as of 5/18/2026) and all reports are highly complementary, see comments on last analysis in photos.

The exhaust has been upgraded to 3 inch y-pipe back with high flow cat and MagnaFlow muffler, (New last fall) sounds awesome.

Updated radio with Sony XAV-AX4000 7-Inch Multimedia Receiver with Wireless Car Play/Android w/navigation display, all upgraded speakers.
