We ship worldwide. Some parts may be shipped in used/pre-owned boxes. If you receive the wrong item by mistake please contact us. Anything that is larger than 6x6x6 inches and weigh more than 1 pound will require a physical address as UPS and Fedex do not deliver to P.O. Box's, otherwise shipping fees may occur. For international shipping in certain cases sometimes eBay doesn't charge the correct amount we may have to bill you more. If you supply an incorrect address and your item gets returned or your item is refused, shipping fees may occur to send out your item again. The non-contiguous states and territories such as Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP) may require an additional surcharge after checkout please contact us for a quote first. Overnight Shipping -
We do offer overnight shipping on almost all items. Please contact us first for a quote before you make the purchase. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY 3PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Anything later than 3pm we can not Guarantee unless otherwise noted.

Local Pickup -
Any parts can be selected for local pickup during normal hours 9:00am to 4:00pm Standard Eastern Time Monday-Friday on business days. Please let us know if you are picking the part up so we can have the part ready when you arrive. If you need a special pickup after or before hours please contact us first to schedule an appointment.

Returns -
If you want to return an item as long as the product is returned within 30 days of receiving the product in the same condition a 25% restocking fee will be charged plus the cost of a return shipping label if we provide one for you. For any item that is returned that is missing parts, or broken you will be charged the maximum dollar amount excluding if any parts that were damaged by the delivery company. You will be charged the maximum dollar amount for any returns not properly packed or poorly packed that arrive damaged due to insufficient packing.

Proof of payment -
We do provide a receipt/paid invoice, or a notarized bill of sale free of charge per request for salvage inspection or other reasons with your purchase as long as you let us know before the part is shipped out. If the part has already shipped and we have to send/mail a 2nd letter/package with documents within the contiguous 48 states a $10 delivery fee may occur. Starting at $10 and up for all other locations through out the world the cost depends where the documents are being sent.
